It's official. I (actually my mom - thank you so much!!) have booked my flight to Atlanta for Saturday July 12th. I am so excited not only to flying by myself for the first time but to see the Lincenbergs for an entire week! I am coming back on July 19th, but I'm trying not to think about that. I'll be sure to blog and tell in person all about it. Can't wait!

Yea, Lizzy!!! This is so exciting! I remember my summer trips to Atlanta fondly. I enjoyed flying solo. I kept a journal of my time with the Lincenbergs (I wonder where that is now???) I hope you have a great trip -- I know you will :)

I'll believe it when I see it.... How in the world will your Mom survive??? (Just teasing) Liz, we're so glad that you're going. It will be a great experience and a memory that you'll always remember...you're first flight alone. Knowing the Lincenbergs as we all do, you'll be in for a busy, dizzy, exciting time. Lizzy's going to Atlanta, a.k.a. the Chicago of the South! I have no doubt you will take the whole Lincenberg family down in ping-pong. I have just one piece of advice--If the Lincenbergs have a cute male au pair named Angus down there working for them, make sure you get his phone number. You'll have to trust me on this one;)
I know I'm a little late but I've still been catching up on everything since camp. I cant wait for you to come, Lizzy! We have many different activities planned and we're going to have a great time!
