I remember outdoor ed extremely well. We got to pick ahead of time who our roommates were going to be, and that was very stressful. I really like our group leaders who were probably in high school or college. I thought they were super cool. I have pictures from outdoor ed -- remind me to show them to you! Have fun, and Happy Valentine's Day!

What is Outdoor Ed? I've never heard of it. From what Sara said it sounds fun. Have fun!

Paige, outdoor education is when our grade goes on a long field trip, for me, 3 days, to some kind of camp-like area. It's just like a few days of camp but with your grade. You do team-building, activites, sing songs, sleep in cabins, etc. I'm surprised you've never heard of it, did you ask your sisters if they've ever gone on outdoor ed.?

When I was in college, I was one of those cool outdoor ed instructors that Sara was mentioning. We had to plan science lessons for the kids. It was fun. As a staff, we stayed up all night talking and planning. Have fun, Lizzy. Remember to bring your long underwear. If you don't have any, tell you mom to get you some. It really helps - especially the bottoms. Also very cool.

we do a couple of school trips throughout the middle school years, but we don't have anything called outdoor ed... plus Paige doesn't go to the same school we did.
