my birthday was wonderful thanks to the calls, cards, notes, and emails I received throughout the day from friends and family! some of my new friends made me a cake and had a surprise "birthday party" for me at school after class...maybe it only lasted 10 minutes, but it was still so fun and thoughtful.
I have my first exam on Thursday, and I am very anxious about it. I will definitely be writing a looooong entry on here to update you all on what med school is like...and I still owe a description of BJ's visit here! So, give me a few days and I will finally have some free time (temporarily...)
I remember the days when your father was too busy to celebrate his birthday, hmmm, let me think about that a while! Anyway, have fun celebrating this weekend and good luck on the test tomorrow. I know its tough, but we are proud of you!! Love, mom
