I like how you answered your own question - lol - i would have to say that tubing with Uncle Mike was the best. Just before it started to rain we had a pretty good run - i'll get you back next year Uncle Mike (although i would not bet on myself...lol)

My favorite part of Camp Slaw was being with 22 people who love me unconditionally! Some of my favorite highlights: boating, playing taboo, bowling, singing, and EATING!

Being with the family was great. I loved the tubing and game night the most at of our activities. Bowling was cool too!

What was my favorite part of Camp Slaw? Hmm...I'd have to say that it was the in between times. I like it when we're just all hanging out at the beach, around the pool or in the rooms or even walking from place to place. I like the random combinations of family members doing things together...Sara & Jeni playing Boggle, Darren & Jakey in the lake, Paige & Lizzy playing Battleship, Michael W. & Devin taking a walk, Leah & Daniel tubing, Matt & Julie playing Poker, BJ & Jamie singing, Mike E. & Darren holding hands in the bowling alley, Kim & me doing a crossword puzzle, Grandpa & Sara walking to the brunch (the long way!), etc. You get the point?! That's the part I love - just looking around and seeing us all interacting and getting along!

Time alone to reflect. Time together to interact. It's all good! Thanks to G&G for underwriting the expense of the whole thing (at no small cost) and for insisting that we continue this wonderful tradition when it would be very easy to say that it's too much trouble.
